Let’s face it, we all get angry. Even those of us who are adept at being mindful and doing meditation still get triggered, which leads into some form of anger.
Here’s what I do when I’ve been triggered.
1.This triggered me.
2.The root reason for me is that I don’t like people taking away my choice and freedom when it is unjust.
3.I am angry because I am a responsible dog owner who walks my dog on a lead when required and I pick up my dog poos off the beach. Also, I love to have a variety in my daily walks and the Pambula river mouth was our favourite.
4. My name is Annie and I am pissed off at the local council for taking away my freedom of choice and taking away a very big enjoyment of mine.
6. My name is Annie and I choose not to hold on to this anger anymore and I will write a letter to them expressing my disappointments.
Don’t hold on to your anger, it is not good for you.
Try to find where your anger stems from.
Search yourself and name the reason for your anger.
Hand, it over and let go or do something about it.
