I have secret and you may not like it.
I haven’t taken to my keyboard in protest about any singular event or criticism, I just feel it’s time to get this insanely real information out in the open once and for all or at least off my chest.
I am an intuitive.
I am a healer.
I am sensitive, sensual, seductive, emotional, crazy, grounded, level-headed and sometimes I am off (with a packed picnic lunch) with the fairies, but hey, it’s a nice place to be.
I am a normal everyday Aussie woman who says fuck, drinks beer and doesn’t mind a shag or two.
I go barefoot, I wear red heels, I wear steel capped boots and my favourite foot wear is my thongs. And juts to add, I love wearing nothing under a maxi dress.
I am a professional cook, a massage therapist, a forklift driver, a payroll officer, a business owner and an INTUITIVE! SO, WHAT!?
Why are people so quick to judge and snigger at someone having the guts and the open-mindedness to use her intuition.
What are people so scared of? I am not witch, well, not the wicked kind anyhow.
I am just me, multi-talented, over-opinionated, intolerable, loveable me.
For god’s sake people, when are we going to relax and realise that anything or anyone who is a little different and who doesn’t quite fit in to our perfect square box, could be good for us.
Here’s the secret people, I can guarantee that 99% of people you have been to for body work, be it a physiotherapist, chiropractor, osteopath, remedial massage people, all can read you, intuit you, and are able to sense blocked energies around you and intuitively pick up on what your body, muscles, skin, skeletal system is telling them.
It is no big deal.
It’s how we survived as a race, for example if you are walking through the jungle and you feel like you’re being watched, it’s probably because you are! You are a tiger’s dinner. This is called your instincts, this is you being intuitive and getting a feeling that you should run-for-your-life.
I and other body workers (your professional body workers, who have shiny certificates in frames on their walls) through human contact have woken the receptors to be able to feel without touching, see without seeing and know without reason.
And with the deepest of respect, I invite any of you well respected professional body workers to confirm my observation.
Long gone the witch burning days where the church and patriarchal dominance damned every woman who looked like she could have a natural and simple skill such as midwifery or the skill for telling the future.
Can we please let this go people?
Let’s think about this on a more personal level:
Have you ever thought of someone that you hadn’t thought of for a while and then you run into them in the street?
Or have you thought about calling someone and then they call you?
How about when you are with someone close to you and they say exactly what you were going to say or they ask you a question of which you were thinking about?
Have you decided to take another route to your destination to find out there was an accident of a road block on your normal route?
Have you ever had a feeling about someone, only to find out later that they weren’t such a good person?
If you have answered yes to any of these questions then you, my darling, were using your intuition.
I would love to hear your stories about your intuition at play.
With love and many blessings Annie
